ok my friend keeps getting this message whenever she trys getting on. The updater comes up and goes through fine and she gets to the little loading fox but it just keeps loading and loading then it says this:

first try the file check on the updater. and if that didn't work then i'm not really sure about this but it might be directX is not updated.

Well we tried the file check and it was fine and we downloaded directx the newer version..but she still had the same problem...

What about the problem lying within video card and video card drivers?

Have u tryied to download the client again and reinstall? I'm not a pro at this things also I can't read that message on the screenshot right, but I think I see something like .dll and suggest that there is one file that can't be found or read exactly. When I have probs with a missing .dll I do always fine with reinstall. Maybe that helps in ur friends case too. It's always worth a try  _________________
